Biographical Details

After qualifying at prestigious Joe Bloggs and Co, I moved to Rumpole and Bailey as an Associate in the Employment Department in 1994. I remained there until I formed Harcott Jacob and Harvey in 2002.

I have practiced Employment Law since I qualified, developing expertise specifically in the area of discrimination law, where I have a nationwide reputation. I act for individuals (Applicants) against their companies and have acted for clients all over the country. My links are particularly strong in Smithy, where I am regional Chairman of the Employment Lawyers' Association.

Approach

My approach is always to avoid litigation wherever possible and clients have found my cost conscious attitude helpful when conducting their cases. I am happy to work on a "no win, no fee" basis and ordinarily resolve a case in 6 months from the date my client firsts contact me.
