1. How quickly will I receive a response? - It is difficult to establish an approximate response time as member lawyers will need an appropriate amount of time to review your case. Response time can be as short as a few minutes but may take several hours depending upon the complexity of your case.

2. Does your service guarantee responses from a lawyer? - We do not guarantee a response from our member lawyers, but our system is designed to give an extremely high response rate.

3. How soon after I complete my information is my case sent to lawyers? - After you have completed the Smart Form, your case is activated and posted in our system. We start looking for lawyers to help you right away! Based on your area of law and lawyer expertise, we start searching for lawyers that are best suited to help you with your legal needs. You can receive legal advice from up to 4 lawyers at once.

4. What if I have more than one matter that I need help with? - You can post all of your legal needs on Shop4Law.co.uk. There is no limit to the number of cases you can post on our system.

5. How do I know that lawyers in your system are any better than the lawyers in the phone book? - We carefully screen member lawyers to ensure that when they join our service, they are licensed and in good standing with the bar association. When you find a lawyer in the phone book, you have to judge a lawyer's credibility based on the quality of their advertisement or the authority in their name.

6. Who can see my case? - Shop4Law.com is a secure site. The only information that is disclosed to member lawyers is your specific case information. Once your case is posted on our site, your matter is assigned a docket number.

7. Do you charge a fee after a certain period of time? - Shop4Law NEVER charges you a fee for posting your case.

8. When can I post online? Is there any “off&8221; period of your service? - You can post online any time of the day or week. There is no time limit to post on our site.
